MindKind Collective was founded by Betelhem Michael, a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in labor organizing, health equity, coaching, and workforce strategy. She launched the firm to reimagine a future of work that centers people of color, especially women, and builds equity from the inside out.
Yes. We guide unions and employers in negotiating AI clauses, exploring co-governance models, and embedding worker protections in the adoption of automation technologies.
We focus on service sectors most impacted by automation and AI—healthcare, retail, hospitality, and transportation—but our approach is adaptable across any unionized or frontline workforce environment.
We partner with nonprofit organizations, foundations, public agencies, labor unions, and mission- driven companies, especially those committed to equity, inclusion, and systems transformation.
